How to pay for E-Challan offline in Bihar?
An E-Challan can be paid offline as well as online. Offline E-Challan payment can be done instantly to the traffic police who issued the E-Challan and a receipt for future reference can be taken. Or the vehicle owner can directly go to the traffic police station in the area where the challan was issued and pay the fine. Both ways offline E-Challan payment is acceptable in the state of Bihar.
