Renew Driving License in Lucknow Online

To renew your driving license in Lucknow, you will need to follow these steps:

1. Visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh Transport Department (UPTD) at https://uptransport.upsdc.gov.in/.
2. Click on the “Apply Online” link on the homepage.
3. Select the “Renewal of Driving License” option from the list of services.
4. Fill out the online application form with the required information, including your personal details, driving license number, and details of your vehicle.
5. Upload the required documents, including a recent passport-sized photograph, proof of identity, and proof of address.
6. Pay the renewal fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking.
7. Once your application is approved, you will receive a notification by email or SMS. You can then visit the nearest regional transport office (RTO) to collect your renewed driving license.

Note: You will need to renew your driving license before it expires. If your driving license has already expired, you will need to apply for a new license.

To get your driving license renewed offline one has to visit the RTO Office in Lucknow, below are the procedure

• Step 1: Visit the Lucknow RTO and get Form 4 downloaded from the website or you can ask for it from the RTO office.
• Step 2: Fill out the form with all the required details.
• Step 3: Attach the list of documents that are required with form 4.
• Step 4: Once you have submitted the form, you will get an application number for a preliminary test.
• Step 5: After passing the test, you will be issued a learner’s license.
• Step 5: Visit the RTO 30 days after receiving the learner’s license.
• Step 6: After making the payment for the driving license fees, you can choose a date and time to give the test for a permanent driving license.
• Step 7: Pass the test to obtain a permanent driving license.

• Completed and signed application form.
• Copies of an affidavit, an F.I.R. and a complaint.
